My artistic practice explores the idea of rejected knowledge, that is, veiled knowledge that is discovered through non-intellectual processes. I wonder about the obstacles to approaching the occluded and the unknown, since they are often related to intuition or personal experience. My work is interested in how we look into the dark from a non-rationalist thought and if there are other ways of understanding the world besides traditional systems of thought, in this context, it seeks a recognition of the hidden in our experiences. In the same way, my practice also reviews the pictorial, especially still life painting, and the participatory, mainly through food. The edible and the table are present in my production.
