The Cocina tu Futuro Forum, held on October 1st and 2nd, 2018, highlighted the role of the chef as a catalyst for social change in Latin America.
The event featured national and international speakers from 9 countries who presented cases of gastronomic ventures related to human development, science, the food industry, tourism, anthropology, and education, among others.
